We accept return within 14 days from the receipt of the item. We do our best to serve each and every customer as best as we can and we understand that on occasion you might need to return products.

Please note that CUSTOM MADE or PERSONALISED orders are neither returnable nor refundable. Please check all the relevant information before you purchase and feel free to ask any question you may have before ordering.

Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit. Please remember to obtain and keep a proof of postage in the event that you return the item.
